How the Corporate Care Program works:

Keeping you smiling is as simple as one, tooth, three! All it takes is three simple steps to care for your and your family's oral health. All new members/patients can expect the following experience:

Step 1: Activate your membership

Complete our online web form and submit your details. A member of our concierge or reception team will review your information and activate your account.

Step 2: Book an appointment

Once your account is activated, you will receive a call from our concierge or reception team to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience; or you can also book online at a participating dental clinic*.

To find a participating dental clinic, click "Find A Dentist", select the "Westpac Group" filter and enter your location.

Step 3: Attend your appointment

When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly reception teams who will ask you to complete a medical history form, followed by an introduction to your dental provider and subsequent dental treatment.

New patients of our Corporate Program will receive a no-gap dental check-up* (or $179 (GST-inclusive) for non-health fund members) and a FREE Colgate electric toothbrush Pro Clinical C250*.

Terms and conditions

This Corporate Care for Westpac Group employees is exclusive to Westpac Group employees and their immediate family members; including spouses, children, parents and parents-in-law, throughout employment. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and NDC Australia Pty Ltd. reserves the right to change any discounts at any time without notice. The Free Colgate Electric Toothbrush and complimentary oral care kits are subject to availability and can only be claimed pending membership activation and completion of the first appointment. DIAGNOcam digital scanning is available at select clinics; speak to your participating dental clinic reception team for more information about digital scanning and examinations.

Westpac Group employees will receive an ongoing 10% discount for all dental treatment plans at participating dental clinics (the discount is capped at $500 within 12 months).

Check with your health fund provider to determine whether you are eligible for a ‘gap-free’ check-up (as cover levels and benefits can vary between health funds) and to understand the implications of using your health fund benefits, including that this may result in your having less available benefits in the future for other health services.
