Terms & Conditions

You must mention the offer at the time of booking or at reception.

The take-home whitening offer is valued at $289 (GST-inclusive) and the in-chair whitening offer is valued at $650 (GST-inclusive); they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It applies to all new and existing National Dental Care Post Office Square patients.

You must have undertaken a standard dental check-up and clean (this can be at a non-NDC branded dental clinic) within the last 6 months and provide appropriate evidence that you have done so to redeem the offer. Payment is required at reception to claim the offer; it is not redeemable for cash and not transferable to any other treatments.

To ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment, your dentist will still evaluate your teeth’s condition at your appointment to consider whether this offer is suitable for you. If we consider it is not, i.e. you may need alternative/additional treatments (for example, an additional dental check-up and clean), we will offer details of those treatments to you, including details of our standard rates.

The take-home whitening offer includes a teeth whitening consultation (15 min), teeth shade assessment, and a whitening gel kit (custom dental tray and 2x whitening syringes). The in-chair whitening offer includes a teeth whitening consultation (15 min), teeth shade assessment, and an in-chair whitening session (90 mins approx.).

Individual responses and individual results vary as the outcomes experienced by one person do not necessarily reflect the outcomes that other people may experience. Results may vary due to many factors, including the individual’s genetics, diet and exercise.
