Dr Matt Pagliano is a very caring and attentive dentist. His two dental passions are aesthetics and oral hygiene; he wants you to have a beautiful healthy mouth and believes this is achievable for everyone regardless of past history. He feels no one should be embarrassed of their teeth when they come to see him, he can’t wait to make you feel happy about your smile. Matt is very thorough and will do his utmost to give you all the information you need to maintain your perfect teeth.

Dr Ala Michalewska has rapidly built a reputation as a gentle and thoughtful clinician who endeavours to deliver the best possible dental care to her patients. She knows how important it is to listen and have knowledge of the patient’s concerns and previous experiences in order to understand your unique dental needs and to turn dental treatment into a positive experience.

Dr Ariel Shih graduated from Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University with the Pierre Fauchard Award for academic excellence and leadership. She is fluent in Chinese Mandarin, Taiwanese as well as English.

Dr Ersan Karadeniz completed his Bachelor of Dentistry at Hacettepe University, one of the most prestigious universities in Turkey before moving to Sydney to embark into a Doctor of Philosophy in Orthodontics at the University of Sydney where he was awarded a PhD in Orthodontics in 2011. In 2012, he returned to Turkey to fulfill clinical training in Orthodontics at Karadeniz Technical University where he also worked as Assistant Professor in Orthodontics until 2017.

Dr Laura completed her studies at Griffith University, graduating with a Bachelor of Oral Health (Dental Science) and a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry. She has always had a passion for art and science, which is what inspired her to purse a career in dentistry.

Our Dental Hygienist Kylie has over 20 years dental experience. She has gained extensive dental experience in both the public sector as well as private practice. She is uniquely qualified to aid with the management of oral disease, focusing on periodontal health and education.

A gentle, approachable and caring Oral Health Therapist focused on preventive dentistry and helping you and your family maintain your smiles. Zoe graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Queensland dental school in 2014. Upon graduating, Zoe worked with Queensland Health School Dental Services in the Wide Bay region where she gained great experience in managing young children.

After finishing school in South Africa in the early 2000’s Alicia decided to take a gap year and travelled through Canada. Shortly after her return to South Africa she enrolled at the University of Pretoria to complete her Bachelors of Dentistry. Following the completion of her studies she worked as an associate dentist and in 2013 purchased her own practice. The following year she met her husband Stephan and in 2017 on a visit to New Zealand both of them decided to call New Zealand home.

6 Years after their arrival in New Zealand, Australia was calling and a new adventure was about to begin. Alicia has a passion for all aspects of dentistry with a keen interest in new techniques and technology. Alicia is known for her gentle touch and cares deeply for her patients and their treatment outcomes.

Alicia is “Mum” to her fur babies Cooper, Ray and Olive. Outside of dentistry Alicia loves to running and spending time in the outdoors.

Dr Rahal Kuruppu enjoys working in all aspects of dentistry with a keen interest in oral surgery and restorative dentistry. He also likes working with children along and aims to provide practical solutions for his patients in order to help improve their smile, confidence and comfort. Outside of the clinic Rahal enjoys reading, travel, playing video games and playing sports such as soccer and cricket.

Dr Lavery graduated from the University of Queensland as a dentist in 1997. Working as a general dentist since graduating, Dr Lavery has gained experience in public and private practice and has enjoyed applying himself to most aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in orthodontics, Invisalign®, cosmetic dentistry, and CAD (Computer Aided Design) / CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) dental techniques including ceramic (Cerec) restoration.
